* Pool Memberships are available for purchase online or in person at the Souderton Municipal Building, 31 W. Summit Street weekdays between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Memberships cannot be purchased at the pool. Please fill out the 2025 Season Membership Form and bring it with you to the office.

 

Online Sign-up information

All 2024 pool members registering for the 2025 season please use your account log-in from 2024.
If you were not a member in 2024 but possibly in the last four years, please do not create a new online account. An account may already be entered and at this time the account may be Archived. At your request we can unarchive the previous membership. If you are not sure if you have an account or need your log in information, please contact the Souderton Borough office Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm. We will need your full name, DOB, and address. Once you are logged in you will be able to change any information that might need to be updated from prior years. 

If you forgot your log in information from 2024 the system will prompt you for a password reset. You will only need the email address you used for your account previously.

Pool Membership Cards 

We will be using the same tags from previous years. There will be a $5.00 fee for each badge that will need to be replaced. Visit Souderton Borough Municipal Building to purchase new cards. 

If you are a New Member, please follow these directions

First - create an account on our website. You can add multiple family members to each account. All family members need to be added before you register for your Pool Membership.
Once you and your family are in the system, and have been approved, you can then register for the type of season pass that best suits your needs.

New Account Approval

Please allow up to 3 business days for new accounts to be approved. Proof of Residency may be required for approval with a Souderton Borough address.

Definition of Family

Your family includes all adults and children who live with you at your home address year-round. Proof of Residency may be required.

Calculating Age for Season Pass
Age of the individual is as of the pool season start - May 24, 2025.
 
 
Proof of Residency 
A portion of the Souderton Borough real estate tax revenue will subsidize the operation of the pool; therefore Souderton Borough residents are eligible for a borough resident rate. In the event that your residency is questionable refer to your municipal/county tax bill you receive in February or March. You may be required to show proof of residency documents which can include:
· Adults – photo IDs showing address; bills in an individual’s name showing address
· Children – school photo ID; birth certificate; guardianship papers showing address
· Senior citizens – paperwork from Medicare or Social Security showing address; photo IDs showing address
 
Key Tags
After the 2024 membership registration is completed the key tag(s) from prior years membership will be reactivated. All first-time members will be issued a new key tag, to be used for admission into the Souderton Pool. This key tag will be received on the first visit. The key tag must be presented each time you enter the facility. Tag will be used from year to year, so keep them. If a tag is lost or damage, there will be replacement fee of $5.

Convenience Fee:
There is an approximate 2.9% of your total cart + $.30 per transaction fee that will be added to your total upon checkout. These charges are applied in consideration of the bank fees which the Borough bears to accept credit cards as a form of payment. These charges are applied when using a credit card online and in person. There is no fee for Cash or Check payments.
 
Refunds/Changes
Season Pass(s) are non-transferable and non-refundable. Applicant must provide, if requested, proof of age and/or residency. There is a $35 administrative fee if changes are required due to inaccuracies.
